Introduction to Iyengar Yoga Course

The six week Introduction to Iyengar Yoga Course is great value for money and a brilliant starting point if you are new to the Iyengar method.

Taught in small groups by some of the country’s most experienced yoga teachers, you will learn the basic postures and principles and build on what you learn each week. The course fee includes free 3 month membership and four free classes worth £69.

Your first class
For your first class we ask that you attend the day that you signed up for and arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Swapping days
We run four courses concurrently on different days of the week so it is easy to fit classes into your schedule. For your first session we ask you to attend on the day you booked for or let us know if you need to change. After week one you can swap days if you cannot make your scheduled class. You do not need to check in online after week one.

Concessions for students on Jobseekers Allowance
We have a dedicated number of concessionary places for students receiving Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) and Employment & Support Allowance (ESA) on our Introduction to Iyengar Yoga Courses. The usual price for the six week course is £72 and includes four free Beginners class and 3-month IYMV Membership. The concessionary places include the same benefits and cost £25.
