Uday Bhosale on the benefits of a life long Iyengar practice + workshop dates

This interview with Uday Bhosale was recorded during the 2019 Belgian National Iyengar Yoga Convention. He explains how the Iyengar system encompasses brings benefits for students at each stage of life from childhood through to older age.

Uday Bhosale spent fifteen years studying, assisting and teaching at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune with the Iyengar family. In addition to teaching the Childrens, Beginners and Intermediate classes at RIMYI, he assisted in Geeta Iyengar’s medical classes. He is now based in the UK and teaches regular classes and workshops.

We are delighted to welcome Uday back to Maida Vale this autumn when he will be teaching a weekend of workshops.
